Terms of Service

By using the Sardinia In Travel app (“the App”) you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. Informational nature of the service

The App provides information for general purposes, aggregating bulletins and data from official sources and community reports. It does not replace official emergency channels. In case of immediate danger always call 112 (single emergency number) and follow the instructions of Civil Protection and the competent authorities.

2. Data accuracy

While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that information is always complete, up to date or error-free. User reports are unverified, may be inaccurate and expire automatically.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false, offensive or unlawful reports and not to use the App in ways that harm the service or other users. We may remove content and suspend accounts in case of abuse.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You can delete your account at any time from the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App’s name, logo, design and software are protected. Data from institutional sources remains the property of the respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, or from reliance on the information provided.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with the update date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Where applicable, the court of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
