Is the app free?

Yes. Sardinia In Travel is free and available for iPhone.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use the main features without an account. Signing in is only needed to save preferences and to post community reports.

How do alert notifications work?

By enabling notifications and location, you get a heads-up when an alert (wildfire, weather-hydro) affects your area. With “Always” location access, alerts arrive even when the app is closed.

Why does the app ask for “Always” location?

It is used solely to deliver alerts for your area when the app isn’t in the foreground. It is optional and can be revoked from system Settings at any time.

Where does the data come from?

From official sources: Civil Protection bulletins, water quality, AIFA medicine data, regional data. Reports come from the community and expire automatically.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your account and the associated personal data are removed.

How many languages are supported?

The interface and notifications support 13 languages.
